Crochet Tiger Rug Pattern, Anne Cabot 5670

Crochet Rug Pattern:  This pattern gives directions to crochet the rug picture.  An easy pattern stitch in three colors of heavy rug yarn in a tiger rug motif using three colors.  The eyes are embroidered and pipe cleaners are used for whiskers.  The actual size is not stated. 

This is a Mail Order pattern purchased through newspapers and catalogs.  The pattern was marketed as Anne Cabot 5670.  

Materials:  *KENTUCKY SOFT SPUN YARN, 5 Skeins Maize (M), 6 Skeins Black (B) 1 Skein White (W), Crochet Hook: Aluminum No. 1.   (*25% cotton; 75% rayon in 70 yard skeins).   Note: a substitution of yarn may require change in hook size and/or stitches.
