Crochet Tweed Top Pattern, Neck Ties

Tweed Sweater : This pattern contains instructions to crochet the sweater pictured above. It's a tweed, with the slightly variable surface and flecked with color. It also features wonderfully small bell type short sleeves and a tied neckband. The pattern is misses sized 14, 16 and 18 (Bust 34, 36 and 38). This out of the-ordinary sweater is from the 1947 Crochet Annual.
