Crochet Wheel Doily Pattern Mail Order R2594

Crocheted Doily:  This pattern gives directions to crochet the doily pictured.   This vintage design is worked in an intricate wheel motif, with 32 spokes, measures 14 inches in diameter.  This doily will look as marvelous displayed on a table as it would framed. 

This is a Mail Order Pattern, purchased through newspapers. This pattern was marketed by Needlework Bureau as Peggy Roberts R-2594 and later, as Anne Cabot. "For gift giving, this graceful doily has lots of eye-appeal.  The simple stitches radiating from a center motif give the effect of a wheel".  This design was included in the Anne Cabot 1958 Needlework Album.
