Crochet Zinnia Flower Motif Design 2832

Crocheted Medallion: This crocheted medallion can be made either of Mercerized Crochet and Knitting Cotton or of No. 50 Mercerized Crochet Cotton. When joined together the medallions form bedspreads, cloths, scarfs and pillows.   Crochet this motif at 5 or 6-1/2 inches in diameter.  

This is a Mail Order Design pattern purchased through newspaper advertisements and catalogs.  The pattern was marketed as Laura Wheeler 2832 in 1941.

MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS: Unbleached Mercerized Crochet and Knitting Cotton in (500 yard) skeins and a No. 9 steel crochet hook or No. 30 Mercerized Crochet Cotton and a No. 10 steel crochet hook. Each medallion requires approximately 35 yards of heavy cotton or 25 yards of fine cotton.
