Crocheted Mount Vernon Flower Afghan Throw Pattern No 4625

Crocheted Afghan : This pattern contains directions for crocheting the afghan shown. Here is another version of the classic Mount Vernon - this one from Bernhard and released as No 4625. This is a pretty piece, quite feminine in that flowery way. It's a block motif piece with a pretty flower in each of the full blocks; the half blocks bordering the edges left plain, with a solid separating borders that runs between with diamond layout block and the edges. A layout diagram is included. The finished afghan will measure 48 x 68 inches. It is a simple, not overly busy design that you'll be sure to love for years.
