Crocheted Sleeveless Pullover Pattern Design 739

Crocheted Shrink and Putover : This pattern contains directions to crochet the pullovers pictured. The pattern designs are actually referred to as a shrink and a putover. Crochet in three colors of sports yarn in a colorful wavy design that is quite easy. The shrink features a v-neckline and is just waist length with a wide bottom band. The putover is hip length and without the bottom band. The pattern is misses size small (8 - 10), medium (12 - 14) and large (16 - 18).

This is a mail order pattern purchased through newspapers and catalogs. The pattern was marketed as Laura Wheeler 739.  The newspaper description:  "What's top in fashion? The layered look of course! Layer it on. Wear shrink and putover over shirts, skirts, pants, shorts. Crochet of sports yarn in three wavy colors".
