Crocheted Suit Cards Afghan Pattern Hearts Clubs Spades Diamonds

Trump Afghan : This pattern contains instructions to crochet the above afghan. Officially called trump, it each of the four suits for a deck of cards - Hearts, Clubs, Spades and Diamonds embroidered on. The 50 x 72 inch quilt is made up of motif blocks, which are attached together and a thin striped border is applied.  

Materials:

• Coats & Clarks Red Heart Knitting Worsted, 4 ply, in Canary Yellow (or color of your choice), with black and scarlet for the suits.
• No 8 Afghan Hook

Gauge: 4 sts = 1 inch; 3 rows = 1 inch.
