Crocheted Wheat Wheel Doily Crochet Pattern Design 2146

Wheat Wheel Doily : This pattern contains directions to crochet the doily pictured. Officially named Wheat Wheel, this doily features the attractive wheat motif set in a circular motion from the center dial - thus wheel.  The finished doily measures 19 inches in diameter. 

This is a Mail Order pattern purchased through newspapers and catalogs.   This pattern was marketed as Ellen Bruce 2146 (Needlework Bureau), and later as Anne Cabot.    The design was included in the 1944 Anne Cabot Needlework Album.
