This is a Mail Order pattern, purchased through newspapers.   The pattern was marketed as Martha Madison 335 in 1960.  

Material:   #30 Mercerized Crochet Cotton; about 250 yards for the round doily, 350 yards for the square one, and 300 yards for the oval-shaped piece;   Use #10 steel crochet hook and work evenly.
