Description

Poncho Pullover No 761-5 : This pattern contains direction to crochet the design pictured. This is a pullover sweater pattern, below hip length with raglan drop sleeves that are elbow length, a deep keyhole neckline with tie closure and contrast bands around all the openings. The keyhole opening is outlined with a colorful floral motif. The pattern, from Columbia Minerva, was originally called a Poncho. Why ? Well the bottom hemline slits are left open for 4 1/2 inches, giving it lots of extra room. The design is misses size Small (8-10), Medium (12-14) and Large (16-18).

Materials:

  • Columbia-Minerva Nantuk Knitting Worsted (2 oz skein) 6 (6-7) skeins Color A-5212 and 2 (2-2) skeins Color B-5244 OR
  • Knitting Worsted (4 oz skein), 4 (4-5) skeins Color A-5023 and 1 (1-1) skein Color B-5015 AND
  • Small amounts of Tangerine, Turquoise and Kelly Green.
  • Needles: One "Boye" crochet hook Size H Gauge: 7 dc to 2 inches; 2 rows to 1 inch
