Description
Ascot Tie: This pattern contains directions to knit the tie shown. This pretty ascot, vintage early 1950's, is knit in a light and lacy pattern stitch in two pieces and then joined together at the back. The front ties are approx. 9 inches across. One tie has a slit worked in so the opposite tie can slip through and secure. Add in sequins or rhinestones, should you desire. This ascot is sure to serve as a great accessory.
Materials:
- Bear Brand Moon-Glow or Fleisher's Spray-Glow: 1 ball.
- No. 4 knitting needles.
- 20 rhinestones or sequins.
