Easy Crochet Capelet Pattern No 5375

Crocheted Capelet:  This pattern gives directions to crochet the capelet pictured.   This is a beginner easy pattern worked in Knitting Worsted.  The design, below waist length, features a ruffled neck and ribbon tie closure.  The pattern is written for size small, with changes for medium and large in parenthesis. 

This is a Mail Order Design pattern purchased through newspaper advertisements and catalogs.  The pattern was marketed as Anne Cabot 5375. 

Materials:  COATS 8 CLARK'S "RED HEART" KNITTING WORSTED, 4 ply ("Tangle-Proof" Pull-Out Skeins); 18 (21, 24) ounces in Bisque or color desired. Needle; Crochet Hook, Size H,  Accessories: 2 yards of grosgrain ribbon...5/8" wide; 3 Snap Fasteners.
