Easy Crochet Rag Rug, Mail Order No X-360

Crochet Rug Pattern:  This pattern gives directions to crochet an oval or round rug using stockings, rags and carpet warp in two shapes - round and oval.  The round rug will measure 28 inches and the oval rug is 27 x 33 inches.   Of course, you can continue adding rounds to reach a rug the size of your choice.   

This is a Mail Order pattern, purchased through newspapers and catalogs.   This pattern was marketed as Needlework Bureau X-360 between 1939 and 1942.

Materials:  2 spools contrasting shades of carpet warp;   1 steel crochet hook No. 00;   Women's stockings or men's socks
