Easy Knitted Slippers Pattern Women Mens Children

Slippers : Beginner knitters can make any of the soft comfortable slippers pictured above. Except for crochet trimming, all slippers are made on the same two piece plan - a rectangular piece of garter stitch and ribbing which forms the slipper and a separate non-skid sole knitted in ridges to add cushion comfort and safety. The pattern is written in children sizes, with changes for women and men in parenthesis.  

MATERIALS:   Knitting worsted, 1 (2. 2) 1-oz, balls main color (MC), 1 ball contrasting color (CC);   Knitting needles No.7;   Steel crochet hook No.2;   Yarn needle;   Jingle bells or small amount of extra yarn for knitted cuffs or pompons.

GAUGE: 5 sts = 1"; 10 rows. = 1" (garter st ) ,
