Easy Knitted Stripe Ribbed Cardigan No 5918

Knitted Stripe Cardigan:   This pattern gives directions to knit the cardigan jacket pictured.   This beginner easy is knit in two colors of a fluffy yarn with narrow vertical two color stripes.  The long sleeves are cuffed and there is a sash belt closure.  The pattern is written for size 34, with changes for 36, 38, and 40 in parenthesis.

This is a Mail Order pattern purchased through newspaper advertisements and catalogs.  The pattern was marketed as Anne Cabot 5918 in 1983.

Materials: Malina's Fluffy Frosted Yarn, 8-ounce skeins: 3(3-4-4) skeins Banana; 2(2-2-2) skeins Chocolate;   Needles: Size 8, or size to obtain gauge.
