Description

 Fair Isle Sweater: This attractive sweater has a tad bit of Irish Flair - Fair Isle to be more exact. It features the classic v-neckline and wide bottom wrist bands along with the charted (attached) design. This pattern is mens chest sized 38, 40, 42 and 44. The directions are written for size 38, with changes for 40-42 and 44 shown in parentheses. This pattern is part of a book review - American Thread Star Book 125.

Materials Required:

  • AMERICAN THREAD COMPANY "DAWN" or "CLOVERLEAF" NYLON or "DAWN" SWEATER AND SOCK YARN" "SANFORLAN" Won't Shrink Out Of Fit., Sizes: 38 40 42 44 Ozs.: 11 11 12 13 - WHITE or color of your choice and 1 oz. each Royal Blue or National Blue, Medium Green or Jockey Green, Scarlet or Red.
  • Knitting Needles: 1 pair each No.1 and No.3
GAUGE: 8 sts = 1 inch 10 rows = 1 inch.
