Description

Crocheted Afghan : This pattern contains directions for crocheting the afghan shown. This classic fan design, 1951 from American Thread, is worked in three shades of blue on a white background (or colors of your choice). The fan motif is worked in popcorn stitch, giving it a great dimensional look. Finish the short scalloped ends of the afghan with short fringe. Each motif measures 11 inches at widest point, 5-1/2 inches at center. 99 motifs and 22 half motifs are required for afghan. The finished afghan will measure 56 x 68 inches.
