Description

Spangled Bedspread:  This pattern gives directions to crochet the bedspread shown.  This delightfully feminine design is worked in small 3-1/4 inch medallions with a pink flower in the center of each.  The easy medallions are joined to form single or double (or size of your choice) bedspreads.   This medallion would also create lovely scarfs or mats.  

Materials:  

  • AMERICAN THREAD COMPANY The Famous "PURITAN" STAR SPANGLED CROCHET COTTON, Article 40, 120 balls Silver Spangle, 14 balls Pink Spangle or colors of your choice 
  • OR The Famous "PURITAN" CROCHET COTTON, Article 40, 48 balls White, 8 balls Pink or colors of your choice.
  • Steel crochet hook No. 7.

 Each motif measures 31/4 inches x 31/4 inches;  726 Motifs 22 x 33 are required for spread measuring about 71-1/2 inches x 107 inches.
