Feminine Two Piece Dress Knitting Pattern

Two Piece Dress : This pattern contains directions to knit, crochet detail, the dress pictured. This is a soft and feminine piece, accented marvelously with the ribbon and bows. If made to instructions, the dress is a bone and vibrant blue, but choose whichever colors you might prefer. The knitted top slightly gathered at the waist, with ribbon and bow, is sleeveless and has the faux ribbon trimmed sailor collar. There is a back zipper closure. The knit straight skirt has an elasticized waistline. This vintage 1960s pattern is sized for misses 12, 14 and 16. Directions are given for size 12, with changes for 14 and 16 shown in parentheses.

• COLUMBIA-MINERVA Velveen (1 oz. skein)-12 (13-14) skeins of Color A; 8 (9-10) skeins of Color B.
• Knitting Needles- BOYE No.3 circular needle,
• 1 pro of No.3 straight needles.
• 1 yarn bobbin.
• Steel crochet hook No.3.

GAUGE: 15 sts = 2"; 11 rows = 1".
