Filet Butterfly Waterlily Chair Doily Design 6880

Filet Crochet Chair Set:   These filet crochet designs of pond lilies and butterflies may be used for chair sets, scarf ends and buffet sets. In string, the large piece (chair back) measures 12-1/2 x 15-1/2 inches and the small piece (arm rest) 6-1/2 x 12-1/2 inches. Directions and charts are given below. 

This is a Mail Order Design pattern purchased through newspaper advertisements and catalogs.   This pattern was marketed as Alice Brooks 6880 in 1941.   It was also marketed under two other Alice Brooks numbers.  

MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS: 1 skein (BOO yards to the skein) of unbleached crochet and knitting cotton and a No. 5 steel crochet hook.
