Filet Crochet Butterfly Chair Doily Design 7123

Filet Crochet Chair Set:  This filet crochet chair set, made of Mercerized Crochet and Knitting Cotton, may also be used as a buffet set or the large piece may be used as ends for scarfs. The pattern includes a filet chart for the chair back and arm rest, also instructions describing how the charts are to be followed.  The chair back will measure 12-1/2 x 16 and the arm rests are 6 x 12-1/2 inches each. 

This is a Mail Order pattern purchased through newspaper advertisements and catalogs.  The pattern was marketed as Alice Brooks 7123 in 1948.  It was also released under The American Weekly and Laura Wheeler brands.

MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS:  Unbleached Mercerized Crochet and Knitting Cotton in (500 yard) skeins;   No. 7 steel crochet hook;   2 (500 yard) skeins will make a chair set or 2 scarf ends.
