Filet Crochet Butterfly Doilies, Mail Order 829

Filet Crochet Doilies:  This pattern contains directions and charts for making two oblong and two round doilies. The doilies can either be made of Mercerized Crochet and Knitting Cotton or of No. 50 Mercerized Cotton.  The large oblong doilies are 18 x 27 or 12 x 18.  The small oblong doilies are 12 x 18 or 8 x 12.  The large round doilies are 18 or 12 inches and the small round doilies as 12 or 8 inches.

This is a Mail Order Design pattern purchased through newspapers and catalogs.  The pattern was marketed as Laura Wheeler 829.  The newspaper description:  "Here are two oblong and two matching round filet crochet doilies. Varied shapes and sizes combine to make lovely sets".
