Filet Crochet Kitten Roses Chair Set Design 3119

Crocheted Chair Set: " This pattern contains directions for a filet crochet chair set worked in No 50 Cotton. This angora pussy will beautify any chair or sofa; or if desired can be used on a buffet ". The kitten, or cat primary motif is featured on the chair back with a circle backdrop and sides of roses. The chair back will measure 12 x 16 inches. The arm rests, at 6-1/2 x 12-1/2 inches, have just the rose display.

This is a Mail Order Pattern, purchased through newspapers. This pattern was marketed as The American Weekly 3119.  This pattern number dates to 1949.  I have not yet, however, been able to find the newspaper advertisement
