Filet Crochet Ohio Farmhouse Bedspread Pattern

Ohio Farmhouse No 3411 : This pattern has instructions for crocheting the bedspread shown. The official write-up: "Large filet block design looks as if the spread were made all in one piece. One of the simplest designs to do". The blocks, each measuring 8 1/2 inches square are worked in Mercerized Crochet and Knitting Cotton with the assist of the included chart.

Materials:

• AMERICAN THREAD COMPANY "PURITAN" MERCERIZED CROCHET AND KNITTING COTTON, 33 400-yd. Balls White, Ecru, Cream or Beige.
• Steel Crochet Hook No. 7.

Each square measures about 8-1/2 inches. 109 squares are required for spread measuring 76 x 111 inches.
