Filet Crochet Pattern, Running Deer Chair Set, Alice Brooks 7391

Filet Crochet Chair Set:  This filet crocheted chair set, made of No. 50 Mercerized Crochet Cotton, may also be used as a buffet set or the large piece may be used as ends for scarfs. The pattern includes charts for chair back and arm rest, also instructions how the charts are to be used.  The chair back will measure 13 x 16 inches; the arm rests are 6 x 12 inches. 

This is a Mail Order Design pattern, purchased through newspapers and catalogs.  This pattern was marketed as Alice Brooks 7391 in 1947.  It was included in the Alice Brooks 1949 Designs Catalog.    The pattern was quite popular, being released under The American Weekly brand as well.
