Filet Crochet Peacock Chair Set, Picture Pattern No 472-E

Filet Crochet Chair Set:  Hand-made heirloom lace that you will be proud to achieve -- a brand new, and very different, peacock motif. Simply follow directions, watch chart and make rows as numbered.  The Head Rest will be approximately 18" wide and 16" deep; the Arm Rests about 6" x 12" (after blocking).    Note:  Due to size, the chart is presented on two pages and will require taping together.

This is a Mail Order pattern purchased through newspapers and catalogs.  The pattern was marketed by Needlework Bureau, and other names, as E-472.  

MATERIAL:  About 750 yds. No.30 Mercerized Crochet Cotton. Use a No.12 steel crochet-hook.
