Filet Crochet Rose Doilies Alice Brooks Design 7285

Crocheted Doilies: This pattern contains directions for two matching crochet doilies to be made in either fine or heavy cotton. The center sections are in filet crochet; the borders in spider-web stitch. Pattern includes full page charts for center sections; directions how to follow charts, also directions for borders.  The oval doily measures 17 x 22 or 25 x 32 inches.  The round doilies are 12 or 17 inches in diameter.

This is a Mail Order Design pattern, purchased through newspapers and catalogs.  This pattern was marketed at Alice Brooks 7285 in 1951.  The pattern was included in the Alice Brooks 1953 Designs Catalog.
