Filet Crochet Rose Doilies Laura Wheeler 2650

Filet Crocheted Doilies:  These two filet crocheted doilies can be made either of No. 50 Mercerized Crochet Cotton or of Mercerized Crochet and Knitting Cotton. They can be used as buffet and luncheon sets or as odd doilies.  Crochet the large doily at 16 x 24" or 24 x 36-1/2".   Crochet the small doily at 10 x 14" or 15 x 15".  

This is a Mail Order Design pattern purchased through newspapers.  The pattern was marketed as Laura Wheeler Design 2650 in 1940. 

MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS: 6 (150 yard) balls of No. 50 Mercerized Crochet Cotton will make 1 large and 5 small doilies; or 3 (500 yard) skeins of Mercerized Crochet and Knitting Cotton will make 1 large and 3 small doilies.
