Filet Crochet Square, Large Flower Motif, Alice Brooks 7467

Filet Crochet Square:  This pattern contains directions for a large crocheted square to be worked in either fine or heavy cotton. Squares join to form bedspreads, cloths, scarfs and other articles.  The square may be crocheted at 13 or 20 inches. 

This is a Mail Order Design pattern, purchased through newspapers and catalogs.  This pattern was marketed as Alice Brooks 7467.  "Most beautiful crocheted square you ever saw! And, it's so large that nine in heavy cotton make a lunch cloth; three a scarf. Square is 13 inches in No 50 cotton and 20 inches in heavy cotton"
