Filet Crochet Square Pattern, Laura Wheeler 593

Filet Crochet Square Pattern:  This pattern contains directions for a filet crochet square (lily flower motif)to be worked in either fine or heavy cotton. Squares are joined to form bedspreads, cloths, scarfs and other household articles. Edging is worked around the joined squares.  The squares may be worked at 7 or 10-1/2 inches. 

This is a Mail Order Design pattern purchased through newspaper advertisements and catalogs.  The pattern was marketed as Laura wheeler 593 in 1950.  The pattern was featured in the 1952 Laura Wheeler Designs Catalog.
