A 16-inch filet crochet square which will be a handsome addition as well as a protection to your best upholstered easy chair - chair arm pieces are also given in crocheting instructions. The design can be used as a table centerpiece if you choose.

Description

Filet Crochet Chair Set Pattern:   This pattern gives directions to create the chair back pictured.   Note, there is an arm rest included as well.   When completed the chairback measures 16-1/2 x 18 inches.  The arm rests are 7 x 10 inches each.  The size of the chairback aligns to create a marvelous cloth or pillow top as well. 

This is a Mail Order pattern purchased through newspapers and catalogs.  The pattern was marketed as Anne Cabot 5822 in 1944.  

Materials:  2 large balls of #20 Mercerized Crochet thread, white;   #7 steel crochet hook.
