Even the simplest lunch looks like a party when you set the table with this!  Exquisite Filet Crochet with borders of petal stitch chain loops.  Oval doily, 16 x 21 inches; round 12 inches.   

Description

Filet Crocheted Doilies:  This pattern contains directions for two doilies crocheted in either fine or heavy cotton. The center sections are done in the filet crochet; the borders in petal stitch.  Depending upon materials selected, the oval doilies are 16 x 21 or 22 x 30 inches.   The round doilies are 12 or 16 inches in diameter. 

This is a Mail Order Design pattern, purchased through newspapers and catalogs.   This pattern was marketed as Alice Brooks 7291 in 1953.
