Filet Crochet Chair Set:  This filet crocheted chair set is made of No. 50 Mercerized Crochet Cotton. If desired the set can be used as a buffet set or the chair back can be used as ends for scarfs. Included in the pattern is a filet chart for the chair back and arm rest, also directions describing how the charts are to be used.  When completed the chair back will measure 12-1/2 x 16 inches and the arm rests are 6 x 12 inches each. 

This is a Mail Order Design pattern purchased through newspapers and catalogs.  The pattern was marketed as Laura Wheeler 374 in 1942. 

MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS: No. 50 Mercerized Crochet Cotton in (175 yard) balls and a No. 14 steel crochet hook.   8 balls of cotton will make a chair set or 2 scarf ends.
