Filet Pansy Rose Chair Doily Pattern, Design 7169

Filet Crochet Chair Set:  This pattern contains directions for a filet crochet chair set in a floral design. Set may be used on a buffet or dresser, if desired. Use No. 50 Mercerized Crochet Cotton.  The finished chair back measures 12-1/2 x 16 and the arm rests are 6 x 12 inches each. 

This is a Mail Order Design pattern purchased through newspapers and catalogs.  The pattern was marketed as Alice Brooks 7169.  The newspaper description:  "Spring inspired! See how the tulips, pansies and roses are accented by lacy mesh contrast. Gather compliments for this filet crochet chair, buffet set".  This pattern was featured in the 1960 Alice Brooks Designs Catalog.
