Filet Swan Pattern Laura Wheeler 1705

Crocheted Chair Set:  This filet crocheted chair set, made of unbleached Mercerized Crochet and Knitting Cotton, may also be used as a buffet set or the large piece may to used as ends for scarfs. The pattern includes a filet chart for the chair back and the arm rest, also instructions describing how the charts are to be used.  Whe completed the chair back will measure 15 x 16 inches and the arm rests are 6 x 13 inches each.

This is a Mail Order Design pattern purchased through newspapers and catalogs.  The pattern was marketed as Laura Wheeler 1705 in 1938.

MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS: Unbleached Mercerized Crochet and Knitting Cotton in (500 yard) skeins and a No. 7 steel crochet hook.  2 skeins of cotton will make a chair set or 2 scarf ends.
