Filet Tulip Luncheon Set Pattern, No 4-81

Filet Luncheon Set Pattern:   This pattern gives directions to crochet the luncheon set pictured.  The set consists of mats that are 10 x 16 inches and a runner at 12 x 23 inches.  It is worked in a heavy mesh, with pretty tulip motif in two corners.  Vintage 1945. 

Materials:  ROYAL SOCIETY SIX CORD CORDICHET, Size 20:  SMALL BALL: 8 balls of White or Ecru, OR LARGE BALL: 4 balls of White or Ecru.;   Steel Crochet Hook No. 10.
