Description

Floppy Hat:  This pattern gives instructions to crochet the marvelous floppy hat pictured above. The hat is two-toned, the cap and brim in contrasting colors and a band ending on the side with two contrasting pompoms. Make several to go with all your winter outfits; this is sure to be popular. This is a one size pattern, 1960s, from Bernat. 

Materials Required: 

  • - Bernat Nylo Germantown (2 oz balls); 2 Charcoal Heather (MC) and 1 Carmel (Contrast Color), or colors of your choice. 
  • - 1 Bernat Aero crochet hook Size J (or Canadian Wool Crochet Hook No 6).

Gauge: 5 s c = 2 inches; 5 rows = 2 inches.
