Floral Embroidered Crochet Afghan Pattern Talisman

Talisman :  This pattern contains directions to crochet the afghan pictured.  This pattern includes a fair amount of work, but once completed, it certainly falls into the heirloom quality.    The afghan consists of 3 afghan stitch strips, each measuring 9-1/2 inches in width, and 15 leaf pattern strips, each measuring about 1-3/4 inches.  When completed, the embroidery is worked over the afghan stitch.  Full sheet chart is included for the cross stitch embroidery.   The finished size is 56 x 72 inches.
