Flower Medallion Afghan Crochet Pattern

Crocheted Afghan : This pattern contains directions for crocheting the afghan shown. A bright and colorful piece, too be sure, crocheted with 21 colors of your choice and a 22nd for the border. What a great way to use up those scraps. Each motif measures just 2-1/4 inches. Join them together in rows of one color (or break out and mix and match, should you prefer. Join them together with border rows; then add a border all the way around. The finished afghan will measure 47 x 70 inches.

Materials:

AMERICAN THREAD COMPANY "DAWN" KNITTING WORSTED, Article W 11 or W 15 or W 41 or W 42 - 22 ozs. Black and 3 ozs. each of 21 Assorted Colors

Bone crochet hook No. 4 or No. 5

Each motif measures about 2-1/4 inches. 672 motifs, 21 x 32 are required for afghan.
