Frill Crochet Collar Cuffs Pattern

Crocheted Collar & Cuffs: This pattern gives directions for crocheting the set shown. The simple design starts with cloth linen bands for the neckline and cuffs. To this, the crocheted lace is added and ties with the remaining linen band. (I'd suggest a snap may be move efficient). This is a vintage 1940 design from The Spool Cotton Company - No 2432. It was included in their 1940 Stitch in Time School Crochet Contest.
