Girls Crochet Pineapple Hat Bag No 5099

Girls Crochet Set in Pineapple:   This pattern gives directions to crochet the girl's accessory set pictured.   Here we have a brimmed bonnet styled hat with pineapple edges and ribbon beading.  A drawstring bag, with a pineapple ruffled top, is also included. 

This is a Mail Order pattern purchased through newspaper advertisements and catalogs.   The pattern was marketed as Anne Cabot 5099 and ran in a number of ads between 1965 and 1980.  

Materials:  Knit-Cro-Sheen, 5 balls in color desired;  small amount of narrow velvet ribbon;    A few small flowers;   Lining materials, Milwards Steel Crochet Hook #1.
