Description

Heart Motif Slip-On: This pattern contains directions to knit the sweater shown. A fun piece for the younger girl, the pullover sweater has long sleeves, plenty of ribbing and a high neckline. AND, to make it extra fun, it has diagonal contrast band across one side of the front, offset with patterned rows of hearts on the other ... all in three colors. A 1/2 page chart is included for working the front motif. The vintage 1948 design is sized for Girls 10, 12 and 14.

Materials:

  • Spinnerin Softa. 3 (3,4)1-oz. balls Queen Blue (MC). 3 (3,4) balls Sky Blue (A), 1 ball Scarlet (B).
  • No. 1 and No. 3 knitting needles.
  • Set dp needles No. 1.

GAUGE: 15 sts-2". 11 rows-1".
