This sweet girls outfits, in sports & sweater yarn, includes a gored jumper dress and short sleeve top with small rounded collar.  

Description

Little Bluebird Outfit:  This pattern gives directions to knit the girls outfit pictured.  The outfit consists of a flared jumper, sleeveless dress, with twisted stitch stripes that suggest gores in the front and back.  Ths is paired with a puff sleeve blouse with a tiny collar and front button closure.  The directions are written for girls size 4, with changes for 6 and 8 in parentheses.  Body Chest Size: 23" (24"-26" ); Blocked Chest Size: 25" (26"-28"). Easy-fit garments.  

MATERIALS:   For Jumper: Fleisher's Ever-Match Sport and Sweater Yarn or Botany Classic Sport, 7 (8-9) 1-oz. skeins;   For Blouse: Fleisher's Ever-Match Sock and Fingering Yarn or Botany Saxatones, 5 (6-6) 1-oz. skeins;   Straight knitting needles Nos. 1 and 3;   24" nylon circular needle No. 5. (Or English sizes 12, 10 and 8.)'   Steel crochet hooks Nos. 3 and 4;   One long stitch holder, two small stitch holders.
