High Neck Diamond Slipover Knitting PDF Pattern

732-20 :  This pattern, vintage 1960s from Columbia Minerva, contains instructions to knit the sweater pictured above. And, what an attractive piece this is, featuring a right round neckline, three quarter sleeves, waist hip length and the defining diamond geometric border. The pattern is sized Small, 10 - 12, and Medium, 14 - 16. 

Materials Required: 

• - Columbia-Minerva Knitting Worsted (4 oz skein)- Main Color (MC)-3(4) skeins and 1 skein each of Light Color (LC) and Dark Color (DC) OR Columbia-Minerva Calypso Germantown Knitting Worsted (2 or 4 oz skein) - Main Color (MC) - 16(18) ozs and 6 ozs each of Light 
• Color (LC) and Dark Color (DC) 
• - Knitting Needles: 1 pair each "Boye" Sizes 6 and 8 - 14 inch 

Gauge: 4 1/2 sts to 1 inch; 6 rows to 1 inch (Size 8 needles) 5 sts to 1 inch; 7 rows to 1 inch (Size 6 needles).
