Jabot Blouse Crochet Pattern

Crocheted Blouse : This pattern contains directions to crochet the blouse pictured. The vintage 1948 design has a striped effect in fine detail, being worked in Mercerized Crochet Cotton. The hip length blouse has short sleeves and a high neckline. The edges of the sleeves have ruffled trim, that is duplicated on the neck and finalizes with a jabot collar down the front. The pattern is written for misses size 12, with changes for 14 and 16 in parentheses.

MATERIALS:   J. & P. Coats or Clark's O.N.T. Best Six Cord Mercerized Crochet, size 30 or J. & P. Coats, 20 (21,22) small balls of Ecru. Clark's O.N.T., 29 (31,32) balls Ecru;   Needle: Steel Crochet Hook No. 10;   Shoulder pads;   1 small button.
