Knit Cape Caplet Knitting Pattern Floral Embroidery

Flower Yoke Cover-Up : This pattern contains instructions to knit, crochet edges and embroidery, the delightful cover-up pictured above. This small cape, or capelet is knitted in stocking stitch and has loop crochet edging. The yoke design is worked in three easy embroidery stitches: chain, straight and French knots. There is a back neck zipper. The pattern is one size. 

Materials: 

• - Coats & Clarks Red Heart Knitting Worsted in light blue, and 1 oz skeins of cantalouppe, apricot, yellow and apple green for the embroidery.
• - 29 inch circular needle No 7 (Or English size 6)
• - Crochet hook size F
• - 7 inch neck zipper.
• - Tapestry needle. 

Gauge: 5 sts = 1 inch; 7 rows = 1 inch.
