Description

Shoulder Bag:   This pattern gives direction to knit the bag pictured.    The bag - actual size not stated - features cable like vertical stripes, giving a nice textured appearance; side gussets make it roomy, with lining to keep it nice within.  There is a long, 30 inch, shoulder strap.   Bag is worked in a double strand of thread.

Materials:  

  • AMERICAN THREAD COMPANY,The Famous "PURITAN" CROCHET COTTON, Article 40 or "DE LUXE" QUALITY CROCHET COTTON, Article 346 – 6 balls White or color desired
  • 1/2 yd. Buckram
  • 1/2 yd. Lining
  • 1 yd. 1 inch grosgrain ribbon
  • 1 Pair Knitting Needles No. 1
