Knitted Blazer Jacket, Anne Cabot 5577

Knitted Blazer:   This pattern gives directions to knit, crochet edging, the blazer jacket pictured.  Create this design in two colors of knitting worsted - "The Blazer is a jacket that can be worn topping dresses, skirts or pants.....it's sure to be a most popular item in the wardrobe!"   The pattern is written for misses size 10, with changes for 12 - 20 in parenthesis.  

This is a Mail Order Pattern purchased through newspaper advertisements and catalogs.  The pattern was marketed as Anne Cabot 5577 in 1955.   The jacket was included in the Anne Cabot 1973 Needlecraft Magazine (F/W).
