Knitted Cardigan Pattern with Three Quarter Sleeves

Primadonna : This pattern contains directions for knitting the cardigan shown. Worked in "Primadonna" yarn, which is a combination of Mohair and Wild Silk Yarn, in a most interesting pattern stitch, makes this cardigan quite a stand-out. The cardigan is basic, with three quarter sleeves, a round neckline, ribbed edges, front button band and just hip length ... but, again, that pattern stitch is marvelous. The pattern, vintage 1960 from Ungers, is misses size 12, with changes for 14 and 16 in parentheses.

Materials:

• Unger's PRIMADONNA 8 (9-9) 40 gr. balls
• No. 7 needles for body of sweater;
• No. 4 needles for ribbing.
