Checked Pullover: This pattern contains directions to crochet the pullover blouse pictured "Houndstooth check pullover snugged at the hips with a drawstring. It even has a leather buttoned breast pocket"  Directions for size 10. Changes for sizes 12, 14, 16 are in parentheses. Body Bust Size: 31" (32"-34"-36" ); Blocked Bust Size: 32" (34"-36"-38" ).  

MATERIALS: 

• Columbia-Minerva Knitting Worsted, 3 (3-3-4) 4-oz. skeins black, main color (MC) ; 2 (2-2-3) skeins white, contrasting color (CC). 
• Knitting needles Nos. 6 and 11. (Or English sizes 7 and 2.) 
• Set of dp needles No. 8 for collar. (Or English size 5.) 
• Steel crochet hook No. 0. One leather button, 
• 5" x 3" piece of grossgrain ribbon for nap.  

 GAUGE: 4 sts=1"; 4 rows=1" (pat, No. H needles).
